Project Plan
After researching organizational communication in businesses and companies using a variety of methods, we each found three sources to help with our project. As a team, we read each of the sources and narrowed our list down to the six most useful studies. After reviewing over 15 articles and studies, we have vast knowledge of communication methods in the workplace. We chose our final six sources because they are varied and complete. They include business journals as well as communication journals. While there is slight overlapping in some of the information, each article focuses on a different aspect of communication in the workplace environment.
Overall, we did not have a difficult time finding our information and research studies. In fact, we had more difficulty narrowing down the overabundance of sources we had found. North Hall Library at Mansfield University provides students with tools and search engines that allow them to be successful. We relied on the EBSCOhost Online Research Databases to help us find quality studies on business and communication.
